On & Off-Site Service

We offer on-site and off-site services. Sometimes you need a quick fix over the phone, or a more extensive service call, whichever we are here to help. Our Service Technicians are always ready to assist and figure out the bugs or problems that come. Our team is constantly training and researching to make sure we are on top of the latest products. Plus, with knowledge in both installation and engineering, we offer an edge to our Service. Allowing us to dive deeper and figure out root issues, vs surface level problems. So, whether you need a full system reboot, or a simple flick of the switch, don't sweat it!

On-Going Maintenance

When you need service it's usually at the worst time, why not fix that? We offer Yearly Maintenance plans to help combat the on-going use of your system. Sometimes you need equipment updates, service patches and firmware updates. It takes time, and money, but with an on-going Maintenance plan you'll get a plan customized to you. Keeping up with the latest patches and firmware can save lengthy service calls, and down time.

Repairs

Though the small electronic "self-fix it" places don't exist much anymore, we still do! Sometimes it's just a speaker you need to drop off, other times a whole office. We are here to help! Whether it can be done on-site or at our office, we are able to make sure you will be taken care of. And having been in business since 1992 we made some connections!
